How billing works
You're billed only for attended appointments: a patient ChairMint contacted who books into an open slot and attends. No-shows and appointments you would have booked anyway don't count. If a month has few fills, you pay the $149 minimum; however many we fill, you never pay more than $599 a month.
Fine print: Unusually high outreach volume is subject to fair use, agreed in advance. Founding pricing is limited to the first 10 founding practices.
